mySkill portal is a one stop portal for skill training program. Basically students will choose to study states to study of funding required Myskill will place them to the best skill training centre available in Malaysia that is matched with their requirement. there are 4 phases of the project. listed below is only the 1st phase. i will only hand the 2nd and rest if i'm happy with developer output's & professional project management style. I need the 1st phase ready in 5 days after they r choosen.
