I’m Luke and I’m looking for my Unreal Engine Obi Wan. I’ve got a few Unreal projects coming up this year. No games, just high quality set design and production for TV. Procedural city generation knowledge useful. Lighting and high quality rendering knowledge essential. Knowledge of camera tracking shots in post for use in Unreal and the compositing workflow would be super great. C4D user preferred but probably not essential. This project requires the pulsing effect of a white LED light as 3 arrays to wave outwards, I have attached a video of how the lighting will need to be placed and the overall effect im looking to acheive, the lights will be behind some perspex to diffuse the light this will be coloured blue and only show through in certain areas. Ideally the light in the middle will light up first, this happens at a voltage of 2.5v and peaks at 5v, this will then dim and the second outer ring needs to go from nothing (2.5v to 5 volt then back to nothing,) a third outer array will then need to go from nothing 2.5V to 5v then back to nothing then the process will repeat. I will need a chip reccomendation, this will need to be programmed and full wiring diagrams supplied
