Technology we use React.js, and MongoDB, it runs on Heroku. Survey tool is our customer UI built on top of Limesurvey (open source-project). It works. Limesurvey has REST, so you can make survey ready on webpage and send survey to Limesurvey, which stores it we can use it. Tello-project has been established for this, need person to finish this. Evaluated work amount 20-30 days. Maybe less.
