I have the basic solid model but cannot complete the more complex surfacing to create the mould for making the frame. The base and seat post must be smoothly blended. The model is shelled and will be used for the CN router to make an MDF mould. I have attached a part file of the frame. After testing the concept, I will need complex modelling to build a more visually appealing third prototype. I want someone with experience in carbon fibre mountain bike frame design to take this forward next year. Can you supply examples of your work and a price for the seat post-blending?
