Looking for someone to create a 2 simple logos in SVG format so I can resize/scale for various projects / website, print, etc. I don't have adobe illustrator, but could use Inkscape + Gimp. I made a quick version of what it will look like in JPEG, but don't want to keep trying to adjust size/quality. Attached is what I want to the logo to look like. I can send the GIMP file I made for it. I'll adjust the font / size and alignment in the file, just need someone to create the basic file with the picture portions.

After importing the layers into Gimp, I go for "Optimize for animation", and then "Export as gif", but instead of exporting the file as gif, it gives me a jpeg of the top layer.
