I need a professional to design and manufacture a custom plastic enclosure for an electronic system. This enclosure will be used indoors in a dry environment and so the plastic materials must be chosen accordingly. I am open to recommendations for suitable materials, and I am not sure yet whether the enclosure will need a separate lid/cover. I am looking for someone with expertise and experience in using CAD software to create the design, as well as familiarity with plastic injection molding processes in order to ensure a high-quality product that meets my needs.

Need a pcb and enclosure designed for a controller. There has already been a start so hopefully just a modification to what has already been done.

I am looking for a CAD designer to develop the window opener. We are using Stepper motors to lift the vertical sash window. I need to design the mechanical part for the product version. The designer should design the enclosure and mechanism including lead screw, carriage, etc. I attached the images. You can refer to the commercial window opener and stepper motor lead screw. The designer can use Solidworks or Fusion 360. The window weight is about 10 Kg and we use nema17 42 motors.

While our product is not a vehicle, it is the same sort of challenge as signwriting a vehicle. We make fire pumpsets, which must be labelled with: • A white-on-red red sign (or simply red letters) saying FIRE SPRINKLER PUMP ROOM. • Our Allied Pumps logo. As you can see from the photograph, the stickers look like an afterthought, and they do not tie in nicely with the fire pump enclosure at all. We have had our graphic designer come up with some “branding” suggestions, but we would like to get more ideas. The work consist in modifying an existing 3D model of a small enclosure (110x50mm) for electronics PCB. The enclosure is made of two parts: the base part and the caps that clips onto the base part. The electronics is located inside the enclosure. The 3D model was initially designed with Catia and later imported to AutoDesk Inventor for further modifications. Before starting the project, it will be decided if the existing 3D model have to be modified or if it is needed to do reverse design of the existing 3D model before modifications. I have 3 small CAD parts, 2 quite simple geometries, and 1 a little more detailed. The parts are outer shape of a small electronic enclosure. I would like a de-featured version of each of them. For example, remove all fillets below approximately 3mm radius, to leave "sharp" cornered geometry. Also, simplify/approximate /removed any other small geometry details that are smaller than less that approximately 2 mm. This requires a very quick turnaround, preferrably 1-2days.
