Hi, I am a masters student in the UK, i have not had much experience with econometrics and my project is on the econometrics of water in the arabian gulf, but in particular water desalination in saudi arabia. I need help on how to collect data and to get the eviews and stata done too, also on the analysis of the data . I wanted to follow a particular paper which is water desalination in kuwait, but i would like to do it for saudi arabia. I would like to first enquire if this is possible and on the cost, and the time line too as i need it to be finished by the end of the month.
