I have been battling to get a permit for a 20'x30' garage and mudroom addition. I have submitted the permit several times including a written out version of how the framing will be laid out. Not they want a detailed construction drawing for the framing. I've attached the floor plan layout that we made.
We need a structural engineer to finish up the house design to include foundation, calculation, and connection details of the house so we can get a building permit. The last thing is to add HVAC design.
