What I need is a very similar IOS app for OfferUp using Swift (you are free to use the backend development, but we prefer Python), exactly the same features and functions of OfferUp but you have to modify structure and create new design to avoid the copyrights (You can customize features and user-interface to be more attractive than OfferUp like Saily, Close5, 5miles and trove).

...by the company Close5 (). It is an app that let's you buy and sell second hand from your phone. I would like a recording of the commercial so we can see that it has come from broadcast TV. A shot with your cell phone is fine. The best strategy would be to notice that this commercial comes on often at a particular time and have your phone ready. To make sure you shot it on broadcast TV and not somewhere online it's best to show some of the commercials or whatever is broadcast before or after as well in your video. Along with the video any other info you can give about the commercial would be helpful. When was it playing, what station, during what TV show etc. We only need one video, but if you notice more than one plot for a commercial from Close5 let us...
It is a second-hand trading app pretty much like close5 or craigslist. You don't need to design UI, I have designed already and will provide you the mockup files. You also need to have the php or java skill to make the backend. I have the details with all the functions of this app in my pdf. I prefer somebody or a team who has made similiar apps before.
