I have a server running on Centos which has recently been hit by some malware and needs assistance in recovering it. Unfortunately, I don't have a backup of the server data, however, it looks like the Wordpress theme and plugin directories may have become compromised. I have a project in c# .Net using clamAV engine. While running it is using freshclam and clamd processes/services in which clamD consume 800MB RAM so i wanted to reduce its memory consumption but at the same time i don't want it to be impactful on detection level also i wanted one latest clam db downloader in c# using same freshclam service.

Freshclam will download new signature files by using the proxy instead of applying to the ClamAV site directly. The target is to configure the Freshclam utility on our IBM i server to work with the proxy. Details: 1. Login to VPS  2. Use or reinstall squid proxy in the VPS server.  3. Hi, several clients are reporting that when loading my website some adverts are being showed to them instead of my actual website content. I have not installed anything new, ClamAV and Chkrootkit scans found nothing. There aren't any ad network installed on my website. My website is loading fine on my side, tested several devices and browsers. Still can't find the infected file or code, but the number of visitors being redirected is increasing so i want to do a full scan and test everything.
