The communication between Smartphone and RPI should be handled over Bluetooth. Since it is a simple serial connection, the RPI just needs to receive the commands of the smartphone over the serial port and display the image on the storage of the RPI. Wake up from deep sleep either from pressing a button or time. Once wake up connect to Lorawan network if failed, try again once, if fail again go to deep sleep for X minutes. If success, scan wifi network and send at least 3 network via lorawan. Then use Nodered to process the data and send it to google wifi API to get geolocalisation. Store data in google cloud.
