I initiated the development of this project in 2019, and while significant progress has been made, the existing codebase has become outdated. However, parts of the code can still be reused if desired. Currently, the app and its corresponding screens, along with the backend, are mostly in place, but considering the outdated code, a fresh start might be more prudent. We are open to selecting the technology for the project, with options such as PHP, Java, Python, or Ruby being available. However, the final decision on the technology stack must be discussed with me.
