I require a competent coder with experience in Interactive Brokers (IBKR) and Python to add functionality to my existing TWS Python scanner. The new feature needs to provide the numerical values of two specific statistics: - Historical average options volume for the tickers in the scan results - Total options traded (put + call volume) for today.
