I'm an experienced management and chartered accountant with over 7 years’ professional experience as a XERO Advisor Certified and my focus is to establish a long-term relationship with my clients. • Assisting the finance manager in drafting financial statements for the client as required, which are then forwarded to...I'm an experienced management and chartered accountant with over 7 years’ professional experience as a XERO Advisor Certified and my focus is to establish a long-term relationship with my clients. • Assisting the finance manager in drafting financial statements for the client as required, which are then forwarded to senior management for review. • Assisting with tasks including billable invoices, travel vouchers, budgets and technical reports. • Employing cash management methods and overseeing investment advice to be issued to clients. • Obtaining financial data from several sources, such as expense reports and monthly statements. • Accurately reporting profits and losses, • Assisting and supporting finance manager and department managers. • Reviewing funding requests and purchase orders. • Supporting Management Accountants as required. • Daily inputting of sales & purchase invoices to the finance system. • Identifying and promoting cost-reducing measures. • Control of authorization and payment of purchase invoices. • General ledger maintenance & purchase & sales ledger data entry. • Updating & entering journals for sales revenue and other transactions. • Processing of sales invoices, expense & credit card claims. • Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts. • Identification / Maintenance of old debt accounts. • Assisting in the filing of tax returns & VAT returns. • Preparing and delivering capital expenditure plans. • Logging, investigating and resolving supplier invoices under query. • Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis, management reporting and ensuring compliance • Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters, including bank reconciliations • Identifying areas for cost cutting and improvement. vähemmän
