Contest Brief

I want a simple modern design logo for a small start-up that I am launching.

The name of the start up is "Yellow Crisp" and it's themed around nerdy things like tech, comics/animation, and software/gaming. Yellow Crisp can be part of the logo but does not need to be.

Honestly I have no Idea what I am going to be doing yet. It's really just something for fun.

I need:
1. Logo
2. Banner Logo

Requirements
1. Do not use clipart or logo libraries, I need an original and unique design
2. Hi-Resolution, Editable PSD Files - 300 DPI
3. Able to be printable in large sizes.
4. Fonts Included With Files

The square, horizontal, vertical logo does not need to be in the shape of a square or rectangle but should be able to be confined in such a space. The purpose if square, horizontal and vertical is the different uses of the logo.
