This is very easy application with following functionality:

1. News Reader should have simple, but high quality responsive design.
2. News Reader should be able to read RSS feeds from WordPress blogs.
3. Application should have back-end office with couple of useful tools
a) add/remove feeds
b) see statistics
c) spread advertisments
4. UI design should be simple,but attractive and have some useful features, such as
a) rate article
b) share article
c) filter by category, tag, date
d) search
e) show Russian text
f) have some geo targeting

Best applications will get prize, some bonus and we will start to work with winners to enhance application and make it for other platforms, too.
