Contest Brief

Hello!

We are building an application that will connect contractors with potential clients. the service will be paid as a monthly subscription by the client. We will need a service agreement that clearly outline services offered by the contractors, monthly subscription agreement, and wordings taht offers peace of mind to the clients in the event of a mishap. The contract should be detailed and between 4 - 30 pages depending on what you advise. You must be familiar with web application agreements, internet laws and how to reduce and protect us from potential lawsuits.

Hi. Something else to consider is that if you change this from a contest to a project is that you will be able to get the work done more cheaply. I know if bid on this I would charge less than $250.
