As the contest is not guaranteed, will you please make it a normal project as you mentioned earlier ?
I have 2 pages design done, once you assign the work we can move further. Doing this all work in a contest is not suitable.

  If I don't get enough entries, I may change it to a normal bid for the project. If you are a very good designer, I would encourage you to submit maybe one of the pages, not in HTML, just a jpeg or something and if I like it, you undertake to award the project and you can build the html etc which we don't have the time to do. I guarantee, this project will be awarded to someone talented for the amount specified. Thanks
