I need a homepage mockup for a new website that sells boat decals. The home page will feature a design tool (like a print shop) where users can design their own graphics for purchase . Final deliverable 1 page PSD. See my competitor sites for reference:

I would like a site that is visually superior, and has a superior user interface than these competitors.

At this link is a mockup I solicited outside of this contest. Which might be valuable in displaying what I am looking for. Also see Public clarification board where I will post more notes.

Details:

-the name of the site is seacals.com. I have no logo.
-Appeal to boats so it is known when you land on the page it is about boat decals.
-Design tool to feature 3 tabs (Name, Home Port, Reg #). Ability to change font, font color, font size, slant/arc, border, gradient,shadow. Large preview area of user generated design on a boat. Design tool should be intuitively designed.
-Display images of recent orders (boat names installed on boats).
-Order summary displaying price of Name, Home Port, Reg #.
-Colors: open to ideas. Possibly light blue, white, orange call to actions.

Thank you for the initial submissions. I haven't seen anything that is eye grabbing. I also realize that there are few similar sites.
