Hi,

This is a contest!
Designers and developers will engage in this contest.

The person or the company which will present the best design, will win the project, and complete the full job, for which they will be paid a FULL AMOUNT of $250

(I will provide you with example website)

What I need is a lot simpler then example I have. This is very basic. It needs to be nice clean design.

(Main page)

Step 1.
I like the design of header
Logo on the left
Top right corner phone number and log in.
Menu, Residential, Business & Goverment, About Us, Referral

Slider with 3 - 5 banners

Under the slider should be Company statement (text with Pictures)

Electric bill box. I don't want it square ( make it width size so it doesn't take too much space)
Collect information box (first, last name, email, address, phone number, electric company)
Notice when you start felling the form it stated (Please enter valid..) I want that!

On the right side of the information form I would like Google maps or Google earth. (When a customer inputs the address, I want Google earth or maps to zoom in and show customers roof

1. Customer is able to change their appointments
2. Track what's stage they are in of the process
3. Suggest referrals
4. Customer should be able to see each person that was in contact with them.
5. Customer info that was collected from front end, should be saved as a lead in the beck end.
6. Tracking leads by day, by week, by month, by year.
