Do use the blue that is shown behind the product shot. Don't use a different blue. But you can use slight variations of that blue if you are creating a wave design.

Use the red "Thermal Angel Blood and IV Fluid Infusion Warmer" logo at the top of the banner add. So the color background behind it must show good contrast with the red logo. You can break up that logo vertically if you need to, so that it is easy to read all of that red text.
