I want a template to be used in my aweber account to be used as blog broadcast for the website comensalendf.com

The rss feed to be used is
http://www.comensalendf.com/category/newsletter/feed/

I want to include the same information as the file attached, such as:

b) The blog post of the rss
c) Social media Share buttons
d) Space to place images for ads (sidebar and bottom)
e) A text besides the logo "No me lo puedo perder"

In the file attached is the actual version of my mailing, it's from the previous version of the website.

I want to have the same design as the new version of the site comensalendf.com
