Here are versions with same font but different globe and O letter with connection symbol incirporated.....I have more variations on my mind...but it would be good to develop 2, 3 of them,,,waiting for feedback

I like them all! Middle one is probably my favorite so far. Only thing I can think of is if you could manage a shrunken version of the O in networking with people symbols like my current one
