Collegiate Logo Design

UNLV Rebels Version1.0

First rendition of my submission. Let me explain a few of my choices for the logo, I tried to bring a few elements together. Nevada is shown or the bottom part, implying that the rest of the state is at the upper part of the logo. I use the famous Vegas star with the arched text to keep the edgy Vegas vibe. I stuck with the traditional UNLV and mascot and added a western-esk version of "REBELS". I have a few other versions of this logo that I'd like to work on, but would like feedback on this one first! Thanks!
