  Hi Shirish,
  
  Your logo's are good but it needs to be a bit more reflecting the classifieds concept like posting an ad, advertising.
  
  Logo 1 with Blue and Green is good and can be improved.
  
  Logo 2 with 2 arrows (blue) has to be further improved with some NOTE / POST ad in between
