I need some Graphic Design for an Urban Gondola project

Contest Brief
I am looking for someone to create a hero header image (1920 x 1080 px) and a supporting graphic (1080px x 1890px in size) that captures the essence of an urban gondola. The header image should incorporate a graphically designed/modified, illustrated image of the Al Qurum beach skyline ( images of the beach will be attached and sent to be modified or used as inspiration) with a gondola within near the sea side of Al Qurum, the gondola station will consist of shops , cafe's and restaurants etc.

The designs can be as simplified/sketched as per the back drop of the images or can be more complex and be inclusive as per the pictures of the area. The design should have some inclusive use of a high-tech gondola modern station. These designs will be the start of developing the visual identity for the AL Qurum Sky Cars Project.
