I would like my logo to appeal to 20 - 30 year old's. Maybe a modern look? Maybe an edgy look?

It's for a spiritual healing practice based on biblical (christian) teachings. Ideally it should give a sense of Love and hope. To give insight into the 3 images used if it's helpful: The rays signify the Light or Truth or Christ that illumines darkness, destroys the lie that man is sick or sinning, that heals. The leaning cross signifies the falling of mans false ideas of mortality and errors of belief. The crown symbolizes the resurrection or uplifting/spiritualization of thought. Hope this helps.
