Kilpailun tehtävänanto

I am looking for the best design for a 2 story office building. The building can not exceed 2 stories and must be lower than 36' total. There will be rooftop equipment so a parapet wall will be required above the 2nd floor. Typical height between finished floors should be 14'. We are trying to maintain approximately 25,000 sqft per floor for a total of 50,000 sqft. Only the common areas of the building will need to be shown. Future tenant areas/offices will not need to be detailed. There will need to be 2 elevators and 3 sets of stairs. There will also need to be 2 restrooms per floor for men and women. Decorative stairs are required in the main entrance and 2 fire rated (non decorative) stair assemblies will be required on each end of the building. The placement of stairs, elevators, and restrooms in the floor plan must be accessible and show an efficient use of space. I have attached the site plan and photos of the property as it currently sits. The property is adjacent a freeway interchange so we would like to have space for building signage that can be seen from the freeway. Please see aerial photos for building orientation and current parking layout. The attached photos of the buildings are for inspiration and do not necessarily need to be replicated exactly.     Dear Sir,
    I already submit the Alternative for screen. One using Metal Hollow paint with Black or Dark Grey Color and one using ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel)

    For my suggestion I suggest to use Metal Hollow because the Façade still looks modern

      I received the revisions. Here in Las Vegas it is too hot to use the wood on the exterior. It tends to go bad very quickly. Do you have any other suggestions for screen walls using steel?

      Thank you for your feedback. Actually the wood screen can replace to the hollow steel with the same size and same style but maybe different color. (Black or Dark Grey should be). Is it fine for you ? For the other wall material i am using glass and ACP.

      You are welcome to design a new layout. The actual site conditions are shown in the overhead Aerial photo from google maps. We would like to keep the existing parking where possible
