I need a production-ready template for a standard short-sleeve T-shirt that I can hand straight to my manufacturer. The artwork must cover the front, back, and both sleeves, incorporating our existing company logos and slogans exactly as supplied. I have the vector logo files and brand colour references ready to share as soon as we start.

Please build the design on a true-to-size template (outline of the shirt in flattened layers) so the printer can drop it directly into their RIP software without tweaks. Adobe Illustrator or an equivalent vector tool is preferred; keep all elements in editable layers and convert fonts to outlines once the layout is approved.

Deliverables
• Print-ready vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) with bleed and clear safe zones
• High-resolution PNG mockups showing front, back and sleeve views
• Simple usage guide noting Pantone/CMYK breakdowns and placement dimensions

I’m only considering designers who have created apparel templates for manufacturing before, so please share one or two relevant samples when you bid. Accuracy and clean, organised files are the priority; if everything looks right, this should move quickly to approval.
