Hi there talented designer!

My client is looking for you to create a banner and logo for their Sports Science (which is mainly focused on Anatomy) YouTube channel. The talented designer we hire should make 1 of each that compliment each other (same colour scheme, similar design). Here are the details for each:

LOGO

BACKGROUND COLOUR: Red OR Dark Red (see s3updated.jpg for exact concept we are looking for)
FONT + FONT BORDER COLOUR: Variation of Black, White AND/OR Gold (for example it can be Gold text with Black border, Black text with Gold border, White text with Black border OR just plain Gold, Black or White text with no border).

Design: The logo is to be of a character that says S³, as in, an S with a small 3 above it the top right corner (SEPARATED NOT attached) INSIDE a hexagon shape (to make it look similar to a cube). I have attached an image to give you an idea of what we want (see: s3.jpg). We love this concept but would like to make it look more appealing, possibly through a variation of colours, different border, shading of the hexagon).

We would like to use the logo for other designs so it would be preferred if the logo file was in a larger resolution PSD file for later use.

Background: Red
Logo: Use the same logo that you designed above in the bottom right corner.
Text: SPORT SCIENCE SOLUTIONS (please make it in capitals, preferably make it look SIMILAR to the logo font/design)

Design:
IMPORTANT: Please incorporate the picture of the "Vitrvuian Man" (see attached: vitruvian.jpg, if you can find a similar image through Google images you can use that as well). The Vitruvian Man should take up about 1/3 of the total banner but you do not have to fit the whole image on the banner (e.g. you can cut the lower half off).

Red background (possibly with a nice vector/abstract pattern in the design). Logo preferrably in the bottom right corner. Text in the middle should say "SPORT SCIENCE SOLUTIONS", colour of the text should be a variation of Gold, Black or White.

Please note, I have wrote in the design brief "PREFERRED" quite often, you are free to use your own creativity to make something unique, but please stay within certain guidelines, mainly the colour scheme and images required :)

I am also not sure of what dimensions the banner needs to be for the YouTube channel banner, so I will need your expertise on that! The banner should be viewable on PCs in most resolutions, tablets and mobile devices/smartphones.

Please keep in mind we will only award the designer that creates BOTH the logo and banner.

EDIT #2: PLEASE READ THE LOGO SECTION IF YOU HAVE STARTED WORKING ON THIS PROJECT. We would like to run with the concept presented in attached "s3updated.jpg" but make it look nicer with possibly a different colour scheme/border/font. Thanks!
