I’m hosting a mini design challenge to promote our community’s game nights, coffee meet-ups, and other social gatherings. I’ll supply five photos along with the exact event info; your job is to turn each one into an Instagram-ready flyer that people will stop scrolling for. The vibe I’m after is casual and fun, with bright, vibrant colours that pop on a social feed. Please weave in the event particulars, use the photos creatively, and top everything off with catchy headlines or slogans so the message is impossible to miss. Winner’s package: • ₹500 prize • A glowing 5-star review and public recommendation • First call for future paid design work with our group Deliverables (one set per photo): • 1:1 Instagram flyer in JPG or PNG • Editable source file (PSD, AI, or layered PDF) • Quick mock-up showing how each flyer looks in an Instagram post Key elements to feature: • Event details & timings • The supplied high-quality images • A sharp, memorable headline or slogan I'm looking for flyers that feel unique, premium, and emotionally engaging rather than generic Canva-style posters. Please focus on creating a design that tells a story and captures the feeling of the experience. You are free to explore creative styles such as cinematic movie posters, editorial magazine layouts, scrapbook or collage aesthetics, Spotify playlist-inspired designs, diary-entry themes, vintage film camera vibes, Netflix series covers, newspaper headlines, or ticket/boarding pass concepts. Use warm and modern colors, clean typography, and real photos wherever possible. Use text phrases like 'Come join us now', 'What are you waiting for?', etc., CTAs. The goal is not just to design a flyer, but to create something that makes people stop scrolling and feel excited about joining the community and attending the event.
