Contest Brief

This site www.60woodlandroad.com needs a fresh and more professional look.
Site is built in wordpress. Client likes simple but professional design. Color preferences are blue, gray, green. They do not have a logo (don't need one) . The primary focus of the website is to serve the tenants that already have rented apartments. The secondary focus is to show the property to prospective tenants or put their name on a waitlist. All units are typically full. Content on site (images/text) can be reformatted as needed to showcase the site better. We need someone to design AND implement the new look onto this site (including all 5 pages) . Items not liked with current site: images are stretched and distorted, too boring, unprofessional, content on pages needs to be reformatted to fit and display in a more appealing way. We need this job done quickly. Please do not post links to reference sites - we need to see an image posted showing how you plan to design THIS site.

    we need to see a mock up here in this contest before we award any work. We have been mislead by too many contractors who think they can design. Site needs to remain in wordpress platform.
