I need an Icon of a "Director's icon" with "GMV" across the front of it!

This is for our youtube product called "Get More Views"

I want the image to be an icon I can add on each page instead of the
blue lightbulb!

a "Director's thing" like in the attached image is what I'm referring too,
and I'd love to have "GMV" on the front of it!

*I've also attached one of our pages so you can see the "little blue lightbulb"
I want to replace!
