Preference 1: Modify attached illustrator file to fill the diamond filled area with a High Density circle grid pattern similar to the attached .png file. Circle grid pattern is meant to represent a High Density BGA (Ball Grid Array) electronic component. Circle grid pattern density should be a total of 1500- 2000 circles (if filled the entire diamond). Reference 1760 pin BGA (BGA.pdf). The "Z" should remain clear. I would like an normal (filled circles) and inverted output (cleared circles, fill everywhere else) in illustrator.

Preference 2: Modify attached illustrator file to fill the diamond filled area with any Electronic style, high density, high detail imagery that would look great etched in acrylic on a 1200DPI etching machine.

This modified artwork may be for use with a logo, but more specifically for an etched acrylic LED display.
