Contest Brief

I have written a short eBook for new landlords renting properties to military tenants in military communities. I am looking for a simple, attractive and distinctly military cover. My target demographic is free-thinking military officers. These individuals are college-educated members of a highly bureaucratic institution. However, the target reader is also more independent and risk taking then their more conventional counterparts.

Cover layouts I like include the covers for "Buy it, Rent it, Profit" and "HOLD: How to Find, Buy, and Rent Houses for Wealth".

Final design must be a JPEG with a height/width ratio of 1:1.5, a minimum of 1,000 pixels on the longest side. Must be simple enough to be visible as a thumbnail on major online vendor websites.
