Contest Brief

I am looking for original ideas for my website www.smokeys.com -
It can be anything, a niche search engine, video depository, file sharing, social network (for police?), dating site - (I do like dating site concept but has to be a specific niche), game site niche needed, a site that ranks people's health by issuing them a health number, Can be an adult site but no explicit sexual content, basically ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF!
POPULATION REPORT SITE, WEATHER PREDICTOR SITE,
DO YOU GET THE POINT? DREAM AND DREAM BIG!

You can even flesh out one of the ideas I listed above.
I will definitely choose a winner. I will also give you first right of refusal to build the site for me as well so this can become a very valuable win.
I need to understand the concept quick and easy. Simplicity is best.
My goal is to have an organic site that provides a well needed service.
Make sure you keep the site grammatically correct. (Even if English is a 2nd language) No copyrighted material. No Idea is to big or too small.
If I really love the idea I will give an additional bonus.

Normally ideas are free- today I decided to pay for an idea or suggestion. Clearly people are just waiting time or advertising. Anyone who advertises on my dime will definitely not be selected. I would advise others to not give them business as well. If anyone (of merit) wants to give this a legitimate shot - go for it. You stand a good chance at winning "free money" because I must have put an add in Losers 'r' us to get this current crop of "crap"...

Now a days people buy smart phones which are capable of shooting a video as well as capture photo so why not build a website which will allow them to post the photos which they want to print and those will be delivered to them. I mean an Online Photo Print Shop. I hope you like it. Thanks.
