Oops! I should have read the project description more carefully. It was a rewrite NOT just proofreading. That's what I get for entering the contest last minute and late at night. Anyways, it wasn't a complete waste of time as I learned a lot about bank reconciliation in the process:)

Careful with the repetition (ideas, sentence structure), overuse of adverbs, a misplaced modifiers, and the switch in the point of view (from third person to second person). I am not a big fan of the word "entity" either. The familiar conversational "you" contrasts with the impersonal "entity."
