Contest Brief

Looking for an alternative logo design for a philanthropic company. We would like to see the current logo edited, so as to remove its more scientific elements (the atoms spinning) and to add a more humanitarian touch. Currently the logo feels way too cold and scientific/technical. We're looking for a more warm/human interactive idea. Thinking of the word "synergy" instead of "energy" could help in the design. The interaction of people working together for various altruistic goals. I think the logo/design should play up this aspect of human involvement & human interaction visually. Maybe its brain synapses, or hands helping hands etc etc. Up to you! Please refer to added files to view logo in question.

Work must be delivered in Photoshop format. Completely editable and in with respective layers.
