Now that I see what it can be, I'd like to change some text...
The "comments" and "suggestions" are to let people know what this page is used for, but the way it is here feels like a button or something. I was considering something else like a title up top. Can you try This text:
"Easy Feedback App. No Strings. Simple. Quick."
Instead of "Speak to us" can you change it to "Be heard - Speak to us"
Next to "Survey" can you put a smaller text off to the side in parentheses that says "(4 Questions)"
Please keep or modify some eye catching thing like you did with the squiggly. (I understand as the layout changes, so might the way you do an eye catching thing)

Hello again. I like this design much more than your first one. I don't know what it is about the squiggly mark, but I love how it grabs my attention and makes it feel welcoming. I never would have thought of something like that!
I like the style and the lightheartedness of the icons. Is there a different icon you can choose for the "Speak to us" one? I'm looking for something to more accurately reflect the "Speak to us" concept.
