I have a project that requires a bunch of regular expressions. I'm looking for an EXPERT that can work with me in the future with regular expressions. One regex in particular is very difficult for me to figure out.

I need to remove HTML attribute (charset="*") from any script tag that does not have (src=) in it, in it's most optimized form.
