“While I was certainly impressed with their design skills communication, and customer service was not great. They designed in Adobe Illustrator, I needed an editable source, and asked for this in PSD as I could then edit the text, etc. But they refused. Bit by bit they sent psd\'s with images for each layer. Finally I had to open a dispute. So it wasn\'t a great experience. But as a designer no hesitation. ”
