We have a project that requires a set of icons for cooking appliances.
We design universal service components for the house hold appliance service market.
Often screen printed decals on something like an oven or a cooktop wear off with cleaning & age.
So the idea is that we will be suplying stickers/decals to replace those worn away.
They will be supplied as part of a kit of replacement knobs

And we would like to design a set of icons that will be put onto a multiple small sitckers of about 7mmx10mm and will be die cut on a card of about 50x50mm. There will be about 25-30 stickers with roughly 10-12 Icons & ther rest numbers based on the scale in the images (those on the oven photo)

In addition there will be a small temperature conversion scale with the main cooking temperatures of about 20x50mm
That would include the smalest decernable inclusion of our logo with the word powered by before it.

We would like to use a high contrast 2 ( but open to 3) colour design that would not look ammis on a modern or older appliance.
The appliance will probably be white or brushed stainless steel.

Common temps for cooking In both f & c for oven. It also needs to accommodate hob & grill control.
My thoughts for temperature off, 160 180 200 220, low high, half, full.

Entrys are required to have at least 5 icons, 2 x temperatures and the larger temp conversion scale.
Suggested icons.
Oven,
Gril {or Boil},
Fan Grill,
Hob Burner ( say Front Right on a four burner hob)
Off

Once awarded the rest will be firmed up & can be supplied at a hand over.

What is the total number of icons that will be required to submit in order to claim the prize money? Also, in terms of submission for contest...I'm trying to grasp what "2 x temperatures" means. Referring to numbers?
