Need complex logo turned into vector/3-D for die cutting

We have a relatively complex logo that we want to have cut into metal. In order to do that we need to have it converted to a format that a lazer cut vendor can read. designs in STL, OBJ, X3D, DAE, Collada or VRML97/2 (WRL) see here for more details. https://www.shapeways.com/tutorials/supported-applications/
Only the black is kept. All white should be transparent. So i get a scalable vector

PS- we need it detailed enough to be cut into a size of 3 feet x 3 feet.

PS- The "outcome" file is to show you an example of what we are going to do with this vectored logo. Cut out of metal like this.

Everyone is doing a great job! Im getting ready to start picking soon. The main thing that I am looking for now is the right balance of detail. Some are two detailed, and some are too solid. I'll be looking at the ones that have the best mix of detail in the right places, and solidity in the the rest. Thanks!

As this will be cut out with a lazer cutter, please put little connectors in places where you feel it is needed to prevent a part from falling out.

Just as a reminder. Only the Black is to be vectored. The white should all be transparent. Also the logo must be a scaleable vector.
