Need a quality assurance / reporting structure graphic redesigned, this is basically a graphic of who reports to who for quality assurance with a project and when. This is only a basic mockup and your design can be completely different to make it easier to understand. Maybe you could represent the X / O's as figures of people, for example.

CO/COR = Contract Officers
QCM = Quality control manager
PM = Program Managers
TOPM = Task order project managers
TL = Team Leaders
X / O = The Team Members for the particular team leader
Quarterly QC = Quarterly Quality Control
Weekly QC = Weekly Quality Control
Daily QC = Daily Quality Control

So basically:
The team members report to the Team Leaders daily
The Team Leaders Report to the task order program managers daily
The task order project managers report to the program managers weekly
The program managers report to the quality control managers monthly
And the quality control managers and program managers report to the contract officers quarterly
