I'm looking for someone who is able to modernise quite an old graphic.

The concept of the graphic is to remain the same. The lion is to be as detailed as possible and in the position of attacking, just like the original. I would like the stars in the top corner to look the same, except have the white background blend into the deep blue.

Could the graphic be made as big as possible as this graphic will be made into a flag. preferably to be created in illustrator or photoshop.
