Contest Brief

I’m launching a new venture-capital consulting firm, Data Room Intelligence, and I need a crisp, modern logo that instantly communicates credibility to founders and investors alike. Clean geometry, balanced typography, and smart negative space usually appeal to me, so please lean toward that contemporary feel rather than anything too classic or ornamental. attached is a vision that I'm thinking, but I'm flexible

The colour palette is still accent Gold (#C9A646), Base Black #000000, Highlight White #ffffff —if you have a monochrome treatment that supports the modern look, I’m happy to explore it. Above all, the mark should scale nicely from a website header to an investor deck and still read clearly on a business card.

Once approved, I’ll need the full suite of vector and web-ready files (AI, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG) along with a brief note on the chosen colours and fonts so I can keep future materials consistent. I'll need the final logo in all #000000, and all #ffffff and all #C9A646
