Make polished copy of draft logo design
- Tila: Closed
- Palkinto: $60
- Vastaanotetut työt: 4
- Voittaja: ahmedemasry
attach is my concept of the company logo.
company makes posters, stickers, banners etc
designers are invited to convert this into a polished copy.
i am looking for a vector-based design.
so the face will i assume end up as some type of clip-art version. which is fine.
CHINESE FACE AT TOP
the face PEERING out of the top is supposed to look like a "goofy chinese man"
so should have chinese eyes, chinese glasses and preferably two teeth sticking out that make him look goofy
this part of the design is the most difficult part i think....
design reflects the company's mix of business and humor, no offense meant to chinese people!
his mythical name is aLee Chow which is a double pun on [Ali] and the restaurant [Ho Lee Chow]

the company name at the bottom is supposed to form a big base on top of which sits the rest of the stuff.....
so it should be atleast 25% of the height.......
"..dS.." should be close to each other as they turn the corner so that [url removed, login to view] looks like one word as much as possible.......
CHANGE FROM ORIGINAL POSTING
see [url removed, login to view] vs original logo [url removed, login to view]
i have switched the middle texts from right to left panel and left to right panel
posters, banners, sticker etc need to be on the right side of the design
ISSUE OF [url removed, login to view] length
i think one challenge in this design is the major difference in the width of Eid vs [url removed, login to view]
this has a tendency to make the design unbalanced.....
i have tried to fix that partially by SWITCHING the middle text on each panel
this allows "....Chow use.....ink ....." to be made into a smaller font and this
fits nicely above the much smaller width of [Eid]
and the banner, posters, stickers etc are now above [url removed, login to view] and they can
be made as wide as necessary for balance...........
colors are all up to negotiation, i did not choose these colors, the clunky 3-D software that i used did.
so designer has freedom to use color that make design better obviously because of the humor, colors will have to be bright friendly and not drab corporate
“This guy is fantastic. I cannot believe how prompt he is and in meeting the specifications. Top notch professional.”
