I have a simple image scanned.
I need a perfect copy of this image.
But I need that each object is unique.
I need the same colors, the same sources. the same sizes.
Everything should be equal millimeter.

I Need result in PSD file.
I Need all text editables.

Each object must be in a separate layer.
the stamp must be in a separate layer.
blue background must be on a separate layer.
the font type of the text should be the same.

despite the legal or not of your request, we freelancers are only allowed to post entries as images in jpg, gif, or png... (no layers)
psd files are not supported by the website's interface.
In every case, the best way to obtain the result you are looking for, is use a software which manages vector images (like Illustrator).

It seems this is better done as editable pdf or in word, psd makes things complicated and worse.
