Purpose: sell the house

Would like some facts in text included and a happy background music.

- 4 bedroom / 2,5 bathroom
- 1,920 sq ft living space + 2 car garage
- Pool + big screened porch with bar
- 1260 sq ft patio. Room for boat / rv parking
- Beautifully remodeled.

1. Intro google maps zoom in to the house. well add drone video. Plrase show how close the beach is.

2. show house with moving video. No picture slideshow.

3. Show area. Park (also picturer are fine)

  In #24 I've mentioned bout the time it'd take to reach the nearest beaches, in my next entry I'll include the directional map, please let me know how you want the clips at last of #24 to be inserted in video?
