We're looking for a new logo for Magnii Technologies (http://www.magnii.com/). We specialize in magnetic sensing instrumentation, and high tech instrumentation. The logo should not only look good in color, but also good in gray scale or black & white for product labels and print letterhead.

Please see our website for an overview of our products to see our current look. Our products are advanced but our logo is simple - we're hoping to change that. We're open to using our full name in the logo, Magnii Technologies, or shorten it as either Magnii or Magnii Tech.

Thank you for all the prompt entries! I've rated them all so you can see what we like so far. We do like the dark background theme. A couple of comments for improvements are below:

1) We want to stick with lower case 'ii', so the letters are clearly i's and not lower case L's.
2) Can you all please update your designs to use lower case ii's though?
3) Remember the magnetics theme - if we could do a play on magnetic flux lines on some of the letters (M, A, or between the ii's?) that would be really cool...
